Hi there. It’s almost 4am and I’m at somewhat at a loss. I just had a look in the mirror and noticed that a small portion of my nipple seems to be dimpling in.
As with anything like this I have been on google but nowhere have I seen anything about partial dimpling. Is it worth getting checked out still?
I’m about to move back home to Ireland and I have a 6 month old daughter so could it be a physical symptom of stress? Or perhaps a post pregnancy accurance?

Hi @Nicksykitty I have no experience of anything like this but i know how the mind works at silly o’clock.
All i can suggest is that first thing tomorrow morning to get on the phone to your GP or Practise Nurse and get it checked it out by someone who has medical knowledge.
I hope and pray that it is nothing to worry about and in the meantime, stay of that bliddy Google (says she who didn’t, lol) Hopefully someone else will come along and give you more advice than i could give you.

I am sorry you are experiencing some breast dimpling and can understand you wanting to know if this is anything to be concerned about. I’m afraid I can’t tell you what this could be, but breasts can change during and following pregnancy so try not to worry too much. However, only a doctor can make a medical assessment so the best thing to do is to make an appointment to see your GP.
I think a lot of people with new or ongoing symptoms worry about cancer. But for most symptoms there are a lot of other potential explanations and usually it is more likely that something else is the matter. But it’s best to get checked out just to be on the safe side.
