Hey Mark – I am so glad you mentioned this. I truly believe blogging and being more personable is a great way to go in business. I just recommended my parents purchase their new pc from Dell too – so it is great to know I am supporting a company with this sort of attitude.

I also think it’s very telling that bloggers are beginning to ‘trust’ Dell, in that they know that if they get a Dell and they have problems with it, that they can find a Dell representative like Richard online, and likely get their issue resolved quickly. That is a huge advantage that Dell has over other PC makers such as HP and Gateway.
