Biden regime targets Musk after he spoke out against Big Tech censorship and in favor of GameStop short squeeze
Dementia Joe is standing by as the Department of Justice (DoJ) launches a “discrimination” investigation into Elon Musk’s SpaceX company for allegedly hiring American citizens over non-citizens.
The Xiden regime is apparently concerned that people who are not from the United States are being overlooked for hiring at SpaceX, which seeing as how it is an American company is dedicated to hiring actual American citizens.
A man reportedly filed a complaint with the DoJ’s Immigrant and Employee Rights Section alleging he was discriminated against based on his citizenship status. The DoJ says Musk is stonewalling a subpoena for information about the claims, this according to court documents revealed on Feb. 4.
“The charge alleges that on or about March 10, 2020, during the Charging Party’s interview for the position of Technology Strategy Associate, SpaceX made inquiries about his citizenship status and ultimately failed to hire him for the position because he is not a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident,” DoJ attorney Lisa Sandoval wrote in a court document.
This document contains a petition to a judge to order SpaceX to comply with an administrative subpoena for documents related to how the company hires.
According to Musk, he would like to hire more non-citizens because they will typically work for far less pay, aka slave wages, compared to American workers. The only problem is that government regulations prevent him from doing so because rocket technology is a form of “advanced weapons technology.”
The timing of the DoJ’s probe into Musk’s business is highly suspect as just last month Musk spoke out against Big Tech censorship.
The world’s richest man, Musk tweeted on Jan. 11 that a “lot of people are going to be unhappy with West Coast high tech as the de facto arbiter of free speech.”
“Probably less than a few dozen primary decision makers,” Musk added in a separate tweet about how speech control online is currently in the hands of just a few people. “Technically, only three,” he added.
Musk has been a strong proponent of an encrypted text messaging app called Signal that operates as a safer alternative to WhatsApp. Musk has simultaneously been steering his fan base away from major tech platforms like Facebook and Twitter, even though he continues to use these.
Another thing Musk did to upset China Joe and his regime was stand up for the retail investors who are trying to launch a short squeeze on GameStop (GME) stock. While the mainstream media and corrupt trading platforms like Robinhood screwed over the little guy, Musk sided with the underdog.
While there is plenty to be said about the horrible things that Musk has done over the years, not the least of which includes naming his baby “X Æ A-12” and declaring it to be “gender-neutral,” Musk has made some suggestions that he is anti-establishment.
This would explain the sudden interest in his business practices by the federal government, which under Beijing Biden does not want Americans to benefit. All jobs are to be handed over to foreigners and illegal aliens because this is “progress,” according to the regime.
“Interesting waste of time,” wrote one Information Liberation commenter about the DoJ probe into SpaceX. “Amnesty for all treason is bound to get a Constitutional amendment any day now.”
“Hiring non-citizens is against the law,” wrote another, citing 8 U.S. Code § 1324a which deals with the unlawful employment of aliens in the U.S.

Duck the government one should divas they please regarding hiring of employees and these kinds of discrimination lawsuits or threats thereof only fuels the fire and makes the owner even more biased towards hiring immigrants if he fired one are they gonna die for that now too? Lawsuits because you didn’t hire someone who’s not even legal in the u.s. Be If dkan musk wants american citizens only that’s his choice they can hire only mexicans if they choose to when that guy filing a lawsuit has his own company and if he’s such a great worker I’m sure hel have no problem owning his own cosby one day and hiring as he wished also
.no one should be forced to hire immigrants or races based upon laws making them it’s bad and creates more racism by making people hire them cause of race or immigration status.thus is america and should be free to hire anyone you see fit and not dictated by affirmative action laws and penalized for not doing what the government says your business has to by law.by my law I’d tell the government to go fuck themselves I’m hiring whoever I think is going to make this company a success and for no other reason than that!!
